Okonomi House

I can't bring sushigasuki.com back to life without introducing one of my favorite place in all Japan: a restaurant (I'll introduce many of them here!) located in the downtown of Yokohama city.

Among the multiple specialities of Okonomi House: ika (squid), yokohama maki-maki, tomato-cheese, mochi-mentai cheese, tonpeyaki, and last but not least, the traditional Hiroshima Okonomi Yaki. All the dishes are cooked by an outstanding Chief, whose original cooking prepared in front of you on a teppanyaki made me one of his most faithful client.
